Microenterprise Development
This free business training is designed to assist individuals with limited income in meeting their economic goals through self-employment. Participants attend 10 workshops that include developing a business plan as well as business ideas, feasibility studies, market assessments, niche marketing, Internet commerce, marketing, accounting and access to business capital. Microenterprise classes are also available for refugees. The curriculum for the refugee classes is slightly different to fit the various needs of the participants.

Mission Health
The goal is to provide Iowa's limited income workers with an affordable way to address their preventative and primary health care needs. To accomplish this, a health care discount is provided by Iowa Health System for qualified families and individuals.
